Komboloi tote bag and purse

This super cute mini totebag, with it's komboloi pattern (worry beads), is to be carried on your shoulder or by hand (60 cm straps)  is very practical for your small shopping and you can also have it with you in all your daily activities! It measures roughly 30 x 31 cm (don’t forget it’s handmade!). You can easily put it folded in a large pocket or in another bag! The bag is not lined.

For a match with your bag, you can also buy separately the cute fabric purse. It has a zipper and its dimensions are roughly (it’s handmade!) 15cm x 15 cm! You can used it for carrying your money, your make-up, your keys or what ever you like. It's small and handy to take it with you or to put it in any bag! The purse is fully lined.

This pattern is printed on a 100% cotton fabric as the lining (only for the purse) !

ABOUT THE PATTERN :

in Greek and Cypriot culture Κομπολόγια (in Greek) worry beads (in English) is a string of beads that usually men manipulate with one or two hands. Worry beads clicking together make noise, and can be used differently indoors or outdoors (quiet or noisier). It has many uses, like simply to pass time, or as an amulet to guard against bad luck, or by people who wish to limit smoking, and also as a mark of power and social prestige (depending of the beads which can be made of silver or amber...etc). Unlike the similar prayer beads used in many religious traditions, worry beads have no religious purpose.
