By visiting our website and/or purchasing, you agree to be bound by the following terms & conditions. The terms “we”, “us”, “our” refer to Marina Nicolaidis & My Greek World®. All creations, artwork, texts, logos, sub-logos and marks on this website are the exclusive property of Marina Nicolaidis and are protected according to international copyright law. No material therein can be used without our written permission.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
1.Conditions for placing an order
By placing your order on our website, you declare that you are at least 18 years old.
You can, at any time, before confirming your order, cancel or modify the item(s) in your basket.
If you have never purchased products from our website before, you will first need to register as a new customer and complete the fields required to process your order. During your next visits, you will access your data by means of your email address and a personal and confidential password.
When confirming your order, you will need to confirm that you have read and accepted our general conditions of sale.
Receipt of your order will be confirmed by e-mail.
We reserve the right to refuse any order without indicating the reason. Such refusal will be notified by e-mail within one working day.
2.Price and VAT
All our prices are in euros, VAT included. Shipping costs are billed separately.
Our prices are subject to change without notice. However no modification can be applied to an order already accepted.
3. Availability, delivery times and costs
Your orders are accepted within the limits of available stocks. Most of our creations are made by hand and in small quantities.
In most cases your order will be shipped within 5 working days. In the event of an unforeseen delay, we will notify you by email soonest. Your debit/credit card is only debited upon shipment of your order.
Shipping and packaging costs are calculated and displayed on your screen before your confirming your order.
In case of partial delivery, you will be informed by e-mail and shipping costs will only be billed once.
Some countries add extra import taxes to incoming packages. It is up to you to be informed about it and to settle any such extra import taxes as they may applicable. mygreekworld.com cannot be held liable for any such additional costs from import taxation.
PRODUCTS
1. Colours
Colours may vary from one computer monitor’s display to an other. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor displays the right colours of our products despite our efforts to be as accurate as possible. If you have any question about a colour, do not hesitate to send us an email.
2. Returns policy
When you receive your purchase, you must at once inspect the parcel and verify its content. If the packaging is damaged and a loss or deterioration of the products is noted or suspected, you have the right to re-quire the carrier to draw up a report that you will sign and on which you will formulate your reservations in handwritten form and then keep a copy of it. Only this report will allow us to respond to a transport claim. You can then send us by email or by post a copy of your invoice and the report so that we can process the complaint.
3. Withdrawal, conditions and refunds
With the exception of personalised items, you can cancel your order within 14 days after receipt of the goods. In all such cases case of cancellation, retraction or return of goods, shipping costs will be at your expense whatever the reason given.
Items must be returned carefully packed within the time limit specified above. They must be unused, complete, in their packaging and in perfect condition for resale. You will also join a copy of your invoice in the parcel. Please inform us by email about the return to : order@mygreekworld.com
Upon reception of your parcel, the returned items will be first duly inspected, to the extent of the conditions enumerated in the previous paragraph have been complied with, you will be refunded within 7 days. Any damaged or improperly used item will not be refunded or exchanged. We will not accept any return of an item that has not been used respecting the instructions for its use and care printed on the label that accompanies each item. Any abnormal use of our products is not our responsibility.
DATA SECURITY
For your security, we do not keep any information about your debit/credit card and we do not have access to your bank details. Transactions are carried out only through the appropriate banking institution, in our case the National Bank of Greece.
We only keep personal data related to your purchase (name, address, telephone, email). You have the right to access and correct this data at any time by accessing your profile. This information helps us to fulfil orders, process refunds and provide customer service to you.
When you browse our website, we also receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address. These data are used for calculating shipping for example.
With your prior consent, we will be sending you by email marketing information about our webstore, our products and other updates that could be of interest to you. You may withdraw your consent by simply emailing us to that effect at info@mygreekworld.com

Any litigation will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with Greek Law.
